We have dealt with Pequea Storage over the last 10 years and had a good experience until now.

We purchased stained railing and the staining was extremely poor (streaked and did not cover all of the rails). They refused to stain it again and made an adjustment. We went home and correctly stained the railing.

We ordered more railing and requested it be stained. Steve, Pequea's President refused to stain the railing because we were not satisfied with the first order. So instead of correcting the order and living up to their supposed high quality product, they punish the customer and refuse to do things right.

I called their sales person and he said all he could do was to cancel our order because he can't contradict his President.

We won't be doing business with Pequea Storage again. Be forwarned!!
